Jewelry Repair (While You Wait)
Do you offer jewelry repair while I wait?
Yes. We do many common repairs same-day / while you wait, depending on the service and store volume. For more complex work, we’ll provide a clear turnaround time at drop-off.
What jewelry repairs do you offer?
We handle most repairs and restoration services, including:

How much does a repair cost?

Yes — we work with most precious metals and fine jewelry materials. If a piece needs specialized handling, we’ll explain your options up front.
Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands
Do you specialize in engagement rings and wedding bands?
Yes. Engagement rings and wedding bands are one of our main specialties. We’ll help you compare styles, stones, and budgets with no pressure.
Do you offer appointments?
Yes — we recommend appointments for engagements, wedding bands, and custom design so we can give you true one-on-one attention.
Can you resize an engagement ring after the proposal?
Absolutely. This is very common. Bring it in and we’ll size it safely and correctly.
Custom Jewelry & CAD Design
Do you create custom jewelry?
Yes. We design custom pieces using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) so you can review the design before production.
How does custom design work?

Is there a deposit for CAD/design? Is it refundable?
Most custom projects require a CAD/design deposit to begin. This deposit is commonly non-refundable once design work starts, and is typically applied to the final piece if you move forward.
How long does custom jewelry take?
A typical timeline is:

CAD/rendering draft: often about 7–10 days (with revisions as needed)

Production: commonly 4–5 weeks, depending on complexity/materials
Are custom pieces returnable?
Custom designs are commonly final sale once approved and production begins.
Can I use my own diamonds/gold?
In many cases, yes. We’ll inspect your materials and confirm what’s possible based on condition, sizing, and design goals.
Watch Repair (Luxury & High-End)
Do you repair watches?
Yes — we service many watches from everyday pieces to luxury brands.
What brands do you work on?
We handle many high-end watches, including Rolex, Breitling, TAG Heuer, Omega, Movado, and more.
Do you replace watch batteries and resize watch bands?
Yes — battery replacement and sizing are available for most watches.
Can you guarantee water resistance?
Water resistance depends on the watch’s condition and service performed. If water resistance is required, ask us about resealing and testing options.
Returns & Exchanges (Market-Matched Policy)
What is your return policy?
To match common jewelry retail expectations, returns are typically offered within 30 days for eligible items in original, unworn condition with original packaging and paperwork.
What is your exchange policy?
Jewelry exchanges are commonly allowed up to 60 days, and watches within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and complete (including all watch links).
What items are not eligible for return/exchange?
Like most jewelers, returns/exchanges are not allowed for:

Special orders (including many special-ordered watches)

Items altered beyond standard sizing

Gift cards and certain hygiene-sensitive items (example: piercing earrings)
Layaway & Financing
Do you offer layaway?
Yes — layaway is available on select purchases. A common structure in jewelry retail is:

90-day layaway with a deposit (often ~25%)

Payments required at least every 30 days
What happens if I cancel layaway?
Many jewelers use a standard approach where cancellations after a certain point may convert payments to store credit, sometimes less a restocking fee (often around 15%).
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing options are available (with approval). Many stores offer options like Affirm (0–36% APR depending on credit) and lease-to-own alternatives such as Acima.
If I use lease-to-own, can I return the item?
With Progressive Leasing, returns/cancellations are allowed, and customers are directed to contact Progressive for return handling and lease cancellation.
